Operator and acceptance
Updely is provided by JJ, a sole proprietorship established in Poland. Tax Identification Number: 549-247-22-32. By creating an account, accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use Updely on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the service. Mandatory rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.
Eligibility, accounts and security
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement and of operating the connected seller accounts. You agree to:
- Provide accurate registration and billing information and keep it reasonably current.
- Protect credentials, use appropriate security controls and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
- Accept responsibility for activity performed through your account, workspace and connected stores.
- Connect only accounts and data that you are authorized to access and process.
The service
Updely provides operational tools for a seller's own authorized shop, including shop-performance insights, catalog and order synchronization, file management, configurable workflows and delivery operations where approved by the connected platform.
Features, supported platforms, limits and availability may vary by plan, location, account status and product stage. A feature shown as planned, preview, beta or coming soon is not part of the committed service until it is made generally available.
Platform integrations
You authorize Updely to access connected platforms only within the permissions you approve. You may disconnect an integration at any time. You remain responsible for your platform account, listings, products, orders, customers, legal notices and compliance with the platform's rules.
Etsy, Shopify and other platforms are independent third parties. They do not provide or control Updely, may change or withdraw APIs and may suspend access. Updely does not guarantee that a third-party integration will remain continuously available or that every field or feature will be supported.
Etsy API use
The Etsy integration is optional and may be used only to connect shops that you are authorized to access. Updely requests only the permissions required by the enabled features and uses Etsy data in accordance with the application's approved purpose, these Terms and Etsy's rules.
SEO features that analyze public Etsy listings, shops or search results are not currently available in production. They will be released only if Etsy approves their scope. Updely does not use website scraping or browser extensions to collect Etsy data.

AND ITS AFFILIATES ARE NOT THE APPLICATION DEVELOPER OR PROVIDER OF THIS APPLICATION OR ITS SERVICES AND MAKE NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND ABOUT THE APPLICATION OR ANY DATA ACCESSED THROUGH IT.
Your data and content
You retain ownership of data and content you submit. You grant Updely a limited, non-exclusive right to host, copy, process, transmit and display that content only as needed to provide, secure, support and improve the service.
You are responsible for having all rights, notices, permissions and lawful bases needed for content, customer data, buyer data, files and connected accounts. Do not upload or process content that infringes rights or violates law or platform rules.
Acceptable use
You must use Updely lawfully, in good faith and in a way that does not harm the service, platforms, users or third parties. You must not:
- Use the service for unlawful, deceptive, fraudulent, harmful or abusive activity.
- Send spam, unsolicited marketing, misleading messages or communications that violate platform rules or applicable law.
- Scrape, crawl or access platform data through unauthorized methods, bypass API limits or use Updely to circumvent a platform's technical or policy controls.
- Probe, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer or interfere with the service, its infrastructure or security safeguards.
- Access another person's account, store, data or integration without authorization.
- Upload, distribute or automate content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity or other rights.
- Sell, license, share or use Etsy data outside the service purpose approved for Updely.
- Use Etsy content for analytics, machine learning, AI training or automated collection unless Etsy has expressly authorized that use in writing.
Third-party services and availability
Updely depends on third-party infrastructure, authentication, storage, email and commerce platforms. Their outages, changes, limits or decisions may affect the service. You are responsible for reviewing and complying with their terms.
We aim to operate the service reliably but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or fully secure availability. Maintenance, incidents, platform changes and events outside our reasonable control may cause delay, loss of functionality or temporary unavailability.
Fees, plans and billing
Pricing, included limits, billing periods, taxes, renewal and cancellation terms for a paid plan will be shown before purchase or in the applicable order form. You authorize collection of amounts due through the selected payment method.
Unless required by law or stated in the offer, fees already paid are non-refundable. We may change future pricing or plan limits with reasonable notice. Continued use after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated commercial terms.
Beta features and service changes
Preview, experimental and beta features may be incomplete, change without notice and produce inaccurate results. They are provided for evaluation and should not be relied on for critical business decisions without independent verification.
We may add, modify, limit, replace or discontinue features. Where a material change significantly affects an active paid subscription, we will provide notice when reasonably practicable.
Suspension, termination and deletion
You may stop using Updely, disconnect stores or request account deletion. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users or systems, comply with law, respond to non-payment or address a material breach.
After termination, your right to use the service ends. Data is handled under the Privacy Policy, including its section on disconnecting integrations and deleting data, subject to limited retention for backups, security, legal obligations, disputes and fraud prevention.
Updely intellectual property
Updely and its software, interface, brand, documentation and original content are owned by the operator or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
These Terms do not transfer ownership. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose during the term of your account.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an as-available basis without warranties not expressly stated in these Terms. Insights, forecasts and automated suggestions are informational tools and do not guarantee sales, ranking, revenue or business outcomes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data or loss caused by third-party platforms, user configuration or unauthorized content. Nothing excludes liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Poland, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
Before starting formal proceedings, the parties should attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute through written notice and reasonable discussion. Mandatory consumer or data-protection rights and competent authorities remain unaffected.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the service, business model, security or law. Material changes will be communicated through the service or another reasonable channel before taking effect where required.
